1. Kapsam
Bu politika, Nucora Linux projesinin işlettiği tüm çevrim içi hizmetler için geçerlidir. Aşağıdaki tablo hangi hizmette hangi yazılımın çalıştığını ve hangi verilerin oluştuğunu özetler.

Kısa özet: Reklam, profilleme ve üçüncü taraf analitik takibi kullanmıyoruz. Sitede kendi çerezimizi yerleştirmiyoruz; dil tercihin tarayıcında kalıyor. Forum, Matrix, Gitea ve e-posta hesapları ise doğası gereği hesap bilgisi, IP ve içerik kaydı tutar.
2. İşlenen Veriler
2.1 Web sitesi (nucoralinux.com.tr)
Nginx ve Cloudflare standart erişim kayıtları tutar: IP adresi, tarayıcı/işletim sistemi bilgisi (User-Agent), istenen adres, yönlendiren adres, tarih-saat ve HTTP durum kodu. Dil tercihin tarayıcının localStorage alanında nucora-lang anahtarıyla saklanır; sunucuya gönderilmez.
Sayfalar yazı tipi için Google Fonts'a (fonts.googleapis.com ve fonts.gstatic.com) istek yapar; bu istek sırasında IP adresin ve tarayıcı bilgin Google'a iletilir. Ana sayfadaki Mastodon kartı, mastodon.social API'sinden gönderi çeker; kart yüklenirken bu sunucuya istek gider. Sitede kendi çerezimiz veya analitik betiği bulunmaz.
2.2 Forum (forum.nucoralinux.com.tr — Discourse)
Foruma kayıt olduğunda kullanıcı adı ve e-posta adresi alınır; e-posta adresin doğrulama bağlantısıyla kontrol edilir. Giriş sırasında, gönderi paylaşırken ve mesaj gönderirken IP adresin kaydedilir. Gönderiler, yüklediğin dosyalar, beğeniler, özel mesajlar ve sohbet (Discourse Chat) mesajları forum veritabanında saklanır. Forumda Google ile giriş etkin olduğundan, bu yolu seçersen Google hesabınla ilgili temel bilgiler (kimlik, e-posta, ad) bize iletilir; şifren Google'da kalır.
Forumda yapay zekâ destekli yanıt özelliği (OrxanAI / discourse-ai) bulunur ve bu özellik Groq altyapısını kullanır. Özelliği kullandığında, yanıtın üretilebilmesi için ileti metni Groq'a iletilir; Groq'un kendi saklama politikası geçerlidir. Forumun klasik işlevleri bu özellik kullanılmadan da çalışır.
AI çağrıları, hata ayıklama ve kötüye kullanım incelemesi amacıyla sınırlı süreyle sunucumuzda kaydedilir. Bu kayıtlar yalnızca yetkili ekip tarafından ve yalnızca AI log ekranı üzerinden incelenir; ayrıntılar için Personel Erişimi ve Kimliğe Bürünme bölümüne bakın. AI sohbetinde özel veya kişisel bilgi paylaşmamanızı öneririz; sohbet kayıtlarının silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.

2.3 Matrix (matrix.nucoralinux.com.tr — Synapse)
Matrix hesabı açtığında kullanıcı adı (MXID), varsa e-posta adresi, cihaz bilgileri, oturum açtığın IP adresi ve uçtan uca şifreleme anahtarların sunucuda saklanır. Oda mesajları sunucumuzda tutulur; uçtan uca şifreli odalarda mesaj içeriği sunucuda okunamaz, ancak mesaj zamanı ve oda üyeliği gibi üst veriler (metadata) oluşur.
2.4 Gitea (source.nucoralinux.com.tr)
Hesap açtığında kullanıcı adı, e-posta, parola özeti, oturum çerezleri (i_like_gitea, _csrf) ve işlem yaptığın IP adresi kaydedilir. Depolara gönderdiğin commit, issue ve yorumlar herkese açık olabilir.
2.5 Paket deposu (repo.nucoralinux.com.tr)
Statik paket ve dizin dosyaları sunulur; indirme sırasında erişim günlükleri (IP, dosya adı, tarih) oluşur. Depoda kullanıcı hesabı yoktur.
2.6 E-posta (mail.nucoralinux.com.tr — Mailcow)
Proje adreslerine (@nucoralinux.com.tr) gönderilen postalar, teslim edilebilmesi için posta sunucumuzda işlenir ve saklanır; SMTP/IMAP günlükleri ve spam/antivirüs kayıtları tutulur. Alan adımız için DMARC toplu raporları Cloudflare'e iletilir; bu raporlar kişisel içerik değil, alan adına gelen postaların kimlik doğrulama istatistikleridir.
2.7 Telemetri (nux-intake)
nux paket yöneticisi hata ve kararlılık takibi için sınırlı telemetri gönderebilir: rastgele üretilmiş install_id, dağıtım ve paket sürümleri, hata/çökme kayıtları ve anonim kullanım olayları.
- Kullanıcı adı, e-posta, dosya içerikleri, komut geçmişi veya konum toplanmaz.
- Telemetri istemci tarafında kapatılabilir; kapalıyken hiçbir kayıt gönderilmez.
- Kayıtlar reklam/profilleme için kullanılmaz, satılmaz.
2.8 Harici platformlar
Mastodon (@[email protected]) ve Instagram (@nucorafoundation) hesapları ilgili platformlarda barınır. Bu platformlarda paylaşılan veriler kendi politikalarına tabidir; bize yalnızca herkese açık etkileşimler (ör. yanıtlar) ulaşır.
3. Amaçlar ve Hukuki Sebep
Veriler şu amaçlarla işlenir: hizmetin güvenli ve kesintisiz sunulması; saldırı, spam ve kötüye kullanımın tespiti; hata ayıklama ve kararlılık iyileştirmesi; hesap ve topluluk işleyişinin sağlanması; destek taleplerinin yanıtlanması; hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi.
Hukuki sebepler: KVKK m.5/2-(c) hukuki yükümlülük, m.5/2-(f) meşru menfaat (güvenlik, hata ayıklama, topluluk yönetimi) ve sözleşmenin kurulması/ifası (hesap hizmetleri). AB/EEA kapsamında GDPR m.6/1-(b) ve m.6/1-(f) esas alınır.
4. Çerezler ve Yerel Depolama
Ana sitede kendi çerezimiz yoktur; yalnızca dil tercihi için localStorage kullanılır. Cloudflare, bot koruması için __cf_bm, cf_clearance, cf_chl_* gibi teknik çerezler yerleştirebilir.
Alt hizmetlerde zorunlu oturum çerezleri bulunur: Discourse oturum çerezleri (_t, _forum_session) ve Gitea çerezleri (i_like_gitea, _csrf). Matrix istemcileri erişim belirtecini tarayıcı deposunda tutar. Bu çerezler reklam amaçlı değildir; oturum güvenliği ve işlevsellik için gereklidir.
Google Fonts istekleri çerez yerleştirmez, ancak IP ve User-Agent bilgisi Google'a iletilir. Tarayıcı ayarlarından çerezleri ve yerel depolamayı her zaman temizleyebilirsin; bu durumda oturumlar kapanır ve dil tercihi sıfırlanır.
5. Üçüncü Taraflar ve Yurt Dışı Aktarım
- Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, WAF, bot koruması ve DMARC raporlama uç noktası. Site, forum, Gitea ve depo trafiği Cloudflare üzerinden geçer.
- Veridyen Hosting — sunucu ve barındırma altyapısı (altyapı sponsoru).
- Google — Google Fonts (yazı tipi) ve forumda isteğe bağlı Google ile giriş.
- mastodon.social — ana sayfadaki gönderi kartının veri kaynağı.
- Yapay zekâ sağlayıcısı — yalnızca forumdaki AI yanıt özelliği kullanıldığında, ileti metni yanıt üretimi için iletilir.
- Instagram / Meta — yalnızca bağlantı verdiğimiz harici platform.
Cloudflare, Google ve mastodon.social sunucuları yurt dışında bulunduğundan, bu hizmetler üzerinden sınır ötesi aktarım gerçekleşir. Bu aktarımlar hizmetin teknik gereği olup, KVKK m.9 kapsamında hizmetin sunulması için zorunlu teknik aktarımlardır. Verilerin ticari amaçla satışı veya kiralanması söz konusu değildir.
6. Saklama Süreleri
İlke: Veriler, işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve mevzuattaki azami sürelerle sınırlı olarak saklanır. Her veri türü için önceden sabit ve tek bir üst sınır taahhüt etmiyoruz; saklama süresi verinin niteliğine, hizmetin işleyişine ve güvenlik ihtiyacına göre belirlenir.
- Web erişim günlükleri: güvenlik incelemesi ve kötüye kullanım tespiti için gerekli olduğu sürece; rutin kayıtlarda bu süre kural olarak 30 günü aşmaz, devam eden bir güvenlik olayı varsa olay kapanana kadar saklanır.
- Forum / Gitea / Matrix hesap verileri: hesabın açık olduğu sürece; hesap silindiğinde profil ve özel içerikler silinir, herkese açık gönderiler ise topluluk bütünlüğü için anonimleştirilerek (kullanıcı adı kaldırılarak) tutulabilir.
- Telemetri (nux-intake): kararlılık analizi için gerekli olduğu sürece; kural olarak 180 gün.
- E-posta ve yazışmalar: talebin sonuçlanması ve olası uyuşmazlık için gerekli olduğu sürece; kural olarak 1 yıl.
- Yedekler: teknik yedeklerde, yedekleme döngüsü tamamlanana kadar (kural olarak en fazla 90 gün) kalabilir.
Silme talebi aldığımızda, yasal olarak saklamak zorunda olduğumuz kayıtlar (ör. mali/iletişim kayıtları) dışındaki verileri en geç 30 gün içinde siler veya geri döndürülemez biçimde anonimleştiririz. Süre sonunda veriler otomatik olarak silinir.
7. Personel Erişimi ve Kimliğe Bürünme
Forumda OrxanAI (Discourse AI) sohbetleri, hata ayıklama ve kötüye kullanım incelemesi amacıyla sınırlı süre saklanır. Bu kayıtlar yalnızca yetkili ekip tarafından teknik inceleme için görülebilir; reklam, profilleme veya başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz.
Personel, teknik olarak bir kullanıcının hesabına “kimliğe bürünme” (impersonate) yoluyla erişebilir; bu işlem sistem günlüğüne (kim, kimi, ne zaman) kaydedilir. İlkemiz şudur:
- Kimliğe bürünme yalnızca kullanıcının açık talebi veya zorunlu bir güvenlik/hata incelemesi hâlinde, gereken en kısa süreyle ve kayıt altında yapılır.
- AI sohbetleri incelenirken ne kullanıcının ne de AI bot hesabının oturumuna girilir; bunun yerine AI log ekranı kullanılır. Bu ekran parola veya oturum gerektirmez. Bot hesabı üzerinden kullanıcı sohbetlerinin açılması yasaktır.
- Bir hesaba erişildiğinde kullanıcıya makul süre içinde bilgi verilir; erişim kaydı saklanır.
- Yetkisiz veya gerekçesiz erişim, disiplin ve hesap yetkisi işlemleriyle sonuçlanır.
Kendinizle ilgili erişim kayıtlarını öğrenmek için aşağıdaki iletişim kanallarından talepte bulunabilirsiniz; talebiniz 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
8. Güvenlik
HTTPS/HSTS, güvenlik duvarı (WAF), erişim kısıtları, düzenli güncelleme, yedekleme ve günlük izleme uygulanır. Matrix ve nux taraflarında aktarımda uçtan uca şifreleme desteklenir. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir; güvenlik açığı bildirimlerini aşağıdaki kanallardan iletebilirsin.
9. Haklarınız ve Hesap Silme
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını öğrenme, eksik/yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme, silinmesini talep etme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Hesap silme: Forum ve Gitea hesaplarını profil ayarlarından silebilirsin. Matrix hesabı için sunucu yöneticisine başvur. Sitede hesap yoktur; dil tercihini tarayıcı ayarlarından temizleyebilirsin. Tüm kanallar için tek talepte bulunmak istersen aşağıdaki e-posta adresini kullan.
Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
10. Çocuklar
Hizmetler 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir; bilerek 13 yaş altından kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir kayıt fark edilirse silinir.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellendiğinde sayfadaki “son güncelleme” tarihi değiştirilir; önemli değişiklikler ana sayfada veya forumda duyurulur. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

In short: no advertising, profiling or third-party analytics. The site sets no first-party cookies and your language choice stays in your browser. Forum, Matrix, Gitea and email accounts inherently keep account details, IP addresses and content.
2. Data We Process
2.1 Website (nucoralinux.com.tr)
Nginx and Cloudflare keep standard access records: IP address, browser/OS (User-Agent), requested URL, referrer, timestamp and HTTP status code. Your language choice is stored in the browser's localStorage under nucora-lang; it is never sent to the server.
Pages request fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com); that request sends your IP address and browser details to Google. The Mastodon card on the homepage fetches posts from the mastodon.social API, so loading it makes a request to that server. The site has no first-party cookies and no analytics scripts.
2.2 Forum (forum.nucoralinux.com.tr — Discourse)
Registering stores a username and email address; the email is verified by a link. Your IP address is recorded when you register, sign in, post and send messages. Posts, uploads, likes, private messages and chat messages are stored in the forum database. Google sign-in is enabled, so choosing it shares basic Google account data (identifier, email, name) with us; your password stays with Google.
The forum includes an AI reply feature (OrxanAI / discourse-ai) powered by Groq. When you use it, the message text is sent to Groq to generate the reply; Groq's own retention policy applies. All classic forum features work without this feature.
AI calls are logged on our server for a limited period for debugging and abuse review. Those records are reviewed only by authorised staff and only through the AI log screen; see Staff Access and Impersonation for details. We recommend not sharing private or personal information in AI chats; you may request deletion of chat records.

2.3 Matrix (matrix.nucoralinux.com.tr — Synapse)
If you create a Matrix account we store your user ID (MXID), optional email, device information, the IP address used to sign in and your end-to-end encryption keys. Room messages are stored on our server; in end-to-end encrypted rooms the content cannot be read by the server, but metadata such as timestamps and room membership exists.
2.4 Gitea (source.nucoralinux.com.tr)
Creating an account stores your username, email, password hash, session cookies (i_like_gitea, _csrf) and the IP address of your actions. Commits, issues and comments you push may be publicly visible.
2.5 Package repository (repo.nucoralinux.com.tr)
Serves static package and index files; downloads produce access logs (IP, file, time). There are no user accounts.
2.6 Email (mail.nucoralinux.com.tr — Mailcow)
Mail sent to project addresses (@nucoralinux.com.tr) is processed and stored on our mail server for delivery; SMTP/IMAP logs and spam/antivirus records are kept. DMARC aggregate reports for our domain go to Cloudflare; those reports contain authentication statistics, not personal content.
2.7 Telemetry (nux-intake)
The nux package manager may send limited telemetry for crash and stability analysis: a random install_id, distribution and package versions, error/crash records and anonymous usage events.
- No usernames, emails, file contents, command history or location.
- Telemetry can be disabled client-side; when disabled nothing is sent.
- Records are never used for advertising/profiling or sold.
2.8 External platforms
Our Mastodon (@[email protected]) and Instagram (@nucorafoundation) accounts live on those platforms and are governed by their policies; only public interactions reach us.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Data is processed to provide the service securely, detect attacks/spam/abuse, debug errors and improve stability, operate accounts and the community, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) legal obligation, Art. 5/2-(f) legitimate interest (security, debugging, community management) and performance of a contract (account services). Under the GDPR, Art. 6/1-(b) and Art. 6/1-(f) apply.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
The main site sets no first-party cookies; only localStorage for the language preference. Cloudflare may set technical cookies such as __cf_bm, cf_clearance and cf_chl_* for bot protection.
Sub-services use strictly necessary session cookies: Discourse session cookies (_t, _forum_session) and Gitea cookies (i_like_gitea, _csrf). Matrix clients keep access tokens in browser storage. These are not used for advertising.
Google Fonts requests set no cookies but send IP and User-Agent to Google. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time; sessions end and the language preference resets.
5. Third Parties and Transfers
- Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, WAF, bot protection and the DMARC reporting endpoint. Traffic for the site, forum, Gitea and repository passes through Cloudflare.
- Veridyen Hosting — server and hosting infrastructure (infrastructure sponsor).
- Google — Google Fonts and optional Google sign-in on the forum.
- mastodon.social — data source for the homepage post card.
- AI provider — only when the forum AI reply feature is used, the message text is sent to generate a reply.
- Instagram / Meta — external platform we only link to.
Cloudflare, Google and mastodon.social run servers outside Türkiye, so transfers abroad occur as a technical necessity of the service. We never sell or rent data.
6. Retention
Principle: data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and within statutory maximum periods. We do not commit to one fixed upper limit for every data type; retention depends on the nature of the data, how the service works and security needs.
- Web access logs: as long as needed for security and abuse investigation; routine records generally do not exceed 30 days, while records tied to an ongoing security incident are kept until it is closed.
- Forum / Gitea / Matrix account data: while the account is open; on deletion, profile and private content are erased while public posts may be kept in anonymised form (username removed) to preserve community continuity.
- Telemetry (nux-intake): as long as needed for stability analysis; generally 180 days.
- Email and correspondence: as long as needed to resolve the request and handle disputes; generally 1 year.
- Backups: may persist until the backup cycle completes (generally up to 90 days).
On a deletion request we erase or irreversibly anonymise data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. financial or correspondence records).
7. Staff Access and Impersonation
OrxanAI (Discourse AI) conversations on the forum are retained for a limited period for debugging and abuse review. They may only be viewed by authorised staff for technical investigation; they are never used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Staff can technically access a user's account through impersonation, and every such action is recorded in the system log (who, whom, when). Our policy is:
- Impersonation is used only at the user's explicit request or for a necessary security/error investigation, for the shortest time required and on the record.
- AI conversations are reviewed through the AI log screen; staff never sign in to the user's account or to the AI bot account. That screen requires no password or session. Reading user conversations through the bot account is prohibited.
- When an account is accessed, the user is informed within a reasonable time and the access record is kept.
- Unauthorised or unjustified access results in disciplinary and permission action.
You can request your own access records through the channels below; we respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use HTTPS/HSTS, a web application firewall, access restrictions, regular updates, backups and log monitoring. Matrix and nux support end-to-end encryption in transit. No system is 100% secure; you can report vulnerabilities through the channels below.
9. Your Rights and Account Deletion
Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, request correction, request erasure, object to processing and claim compensation.
Account deletion: you can delete forum and Gitea accounts in profile settings. For Matrix, contact the server administrator. The website has no accounts; clear your browser settings to reset the language preference. Use the email below for a single request covering all channels.
We respond within 30 days at the latest.
10. Children
The services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Such records are deleted if discovered.
11. Changes
When this policy is updated the "last updated" date changes and material changes are announced on the homepage or the forum. The current version is always published here.
